Sod Installation

Installing new sod begins with removing the old unwanted layer of the lawn. The sod cutter will remove this layer and we collect it and dispose of it.

If grading is necessary, rototilling and shaping the yard will begin and angle the yard in the most appropriate way.

Then we add a fresh layer of triple mix garden bed soil to give the new sod a nutrient-rich layer to root to eventually.

 

Now we lay the sod, it is essential that it is staggered so as to stop any shifting of the sod and a seamless transition into the final product!
